Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Microsoft Teams Specialist. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft Teams, M365, and integrations.

  • Administer and optimize Microsoft Teams, including channels, policies, integrations, and APIs.
  • Automate processes and recommend engineering improvements.
  • Monitor alerts, analyze root causes, and implement solutions.
  • Work with PowerShell, MS Graph, and application management in Teams.
  • Test new features and implement changes securely.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Teams, M365, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell / MS Graph.
  • Experience managing applications, APIs, and automation.
  • Knowledge of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and service improvement.
  • Fluent in English.
