We are seeking a seasoned technology executive to spearhead our software engineering teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.

About the Role

As the primary technology partner, you will work closely with product, business, and international stakeholders to ensure alignment on delivery, quality, and performance standards.

  • Lead multiple engineering teams to achieve ambitious goals on time and with high quality.
  • Oversee the technology roadmap, balancing rapid delivery with technical debt and long-term scalability.
  • Drive cross-team communication and collaboration, ensuring information flows across all teams and business verticals.

You will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and lead multiple engineering teams.
  • Act as the primary technology partner for product, business, and international stakeholders.
  • Oversee the technology roadmap.
  • Drive cross-team communication and collaboration.
  • Remove organizational and technical impediments.
  • Champion talent development, retention, and engagement.
  • Provide strategic direction for information systems and technology operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in technology leadership roles, managing and scaling software engineering teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in a fast-paced, international, remote-friendly environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, including negotiation, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
