About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Category Sales Lead to join our team at M&O Partners. As a Category Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the maritime and offshore industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the maritime and offshore industry.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Create business opportunities by identifying new suppliers with established Brazilian end-customers.
  • Achieve sales targets by establishing, meeting, and exceeding sales goals, contributing to the overall success of the company.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Relations, Production Engineering, or related areas.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Maritime and Offshore industry in Sales, Supply Chain, or Technical Areas.
  • Experience with technical insulation and/or coating for offshore platforms in Brazil.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and system tools.
  • English fluency.
  • Located in Rio de Janeiro or willing to relocate.
