We're seeking a Web Data Insights Specialist to deliver actionable insights and clean, reliable tracking for our clients.

This role is ideal for someone who understands web tracking complexity, GA4, GTM, ad pixels, and conversion APIs, connecting the dots for marketing teams to trust their data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement, audit, and optimize GA4 setups for accurate attribution.
  • Build and manage GTM containers for event, conversion, and cross-platform tracking.
  • Configure and troubleshoot pixels, events, and APIs (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok).
  • Identify and fix attribution gaps across websites and platforms.
  • Align tracking setups with paid media campaigns for reliable reporting.
  • Create dashboards that make performance data easy to understand.
  • Document setups clearly and collaborate with performance marketing teams.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with GA4 and GTM.
  • Proven expertise in attribution across Google Ads, Meta, and major ad platforms.
  • Strong understanding of GA4's event / data model and GTM implementation best practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot tracking issues like misfiring tags, duplicate events, or broken data layers.
  • Familiarity with conversion APIs, consent mode, and privacy-first tracking setups.
  • Clear communication skills to bridge technical insights with business needs.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with server-side tagging and advanced data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript for advanced tracking setups.
  • Experience building attribution-focused reporting frameworks.
