Job Title: Data Insights Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. As a Data Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for providing reporting analytics and support to the business.
You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand key business issues and use advanced analytics knowledge to translate them into meaningful metrics presented in thoughtful and easily interpreted visualizations.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop complex dashboards that leverage multiple data schemes, taking client requirements and building visualization that allow them to quickly identify gaps, strengths, and trends across time.
- Evaluate, automate, standardize and publish key reports and dashboards within our platform to help disseminate data and insights to key leaders and other stakeholders.
- Build, create and maintain reports and dashboards to identify macro and micro trends, data modeling and historical data views with the use of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Analyze existing data, developing models to predict future actions (retention, quality of hires) and running statistical analysis to deliver actionable insights.
- Carefully handle sensitive employee data, ensuring necessary confidentiality and security.
- Promote Data-Driven Decision Making by upskilling the HR community in utilizing data and metrics to answer questions and tell stories.
- Proficiency With Microsoft Office Programs; Advanced Word, Excel and Powerpoint experience. Advanced Excel knowledge to include pivot tables and vlookup's.
- Strong Attention to Detail.
- Expert knowledge in use of data, evidence-based research, benchmarks, HR and business metrics.
- Advanced knowledge of statistics and metrics.
