A senior patient support program manager position is available for a healthcare professional who can lead cross-functional teams to drive business strategy and improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement patient support programs aligned with business objectives, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective delivery and compliance with regulations;
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, optimizing processes and leveraging innovation tools, as well as analyzing data and preparing performance reports;
- Provide ongoing training and support to involved teams and manage relationships with external partners;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate field feedback into programs and develop educational materials and support for patients and healthcare professionals;
- Positively impact patient, caregiver, and healthcare professional journeys through PSP services;
- Track KPIs and capture insights adding value to business strategy;
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Sciences, or related fields with a focus on Healthcare;
- Prior experience in the mentioned activities, especially in Patient Journey;
- Previous leadership experience in team management;
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical companies;
- Advanced English proficiency;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT);
