Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify strategic opportunities for AI adoption and develop compelling value propositions;
- Leverage expertise to design and lead proof-of-concept initiatives leveraging Generative AI (e.g., LLMs, RAG pipelines) and Predictive AI (e.g., forecasting, classification);
- Partner with clients to develop comprehensive AI roadmaps, prioritize use cases, and translate business needs into actionable solutions;
- Provide strategic guidance to clients, helping them navigate the integration of AI into their product or data journey;
- Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions from consulting phases to implementation;
- Contribute to proposal development, workshops, and documentation for AI adoption initiatives;
- Optionally: Engage in thought leadership activities such as writing, speaking, or mentoring within the organization.
- 5+ years of experience delivering predictive and generative AI solutions in business contexts;
- Demonstrated consulting expertise, including client-facing work, pre-sales support, or agency consulting;
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and models, including OpenAI GPT, Claude, and open-source LLMs;
- Proven ability to build or advise on predictive modeling pipelines using tools like scikit-learn, XGBoost, and Prophet;
- Strong communication skills, enabling effective presentation to executives and business users;
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps best practices is beneficial;
- A self-starter mentality, with the ability to initiate projects, shape ambiguous goals, and work efficiently;
- Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency.
