AI Strategist

As a seasoned artificial intelligence leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' strategic visions for AI adoption. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify client needs and participate in high-stakes sales calls.

• Partner with sales and business teams to forge strong relationships with clients and drive sales growth.
• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored AI roadmaps, prioritize key use cases, and translate complex business needs into actionable solutions.
• Design and lead innovative proof-of-concepts using Generative AI and Predictive AI technologies.
• Provide expert guidance as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate the integration of AI into their product or data journey.
• Contribute to compelling proposals, workshops, and documentation that showcase the value of AI adoption initiatives.

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML with a proven track record of delivering predictive and generative AI solutions in business settings.
• Proven consulting experience, including client-facing roles, pre-sales support, fractional CTO work, or agency consulting.
• Hands-on expertise with Generative AI tools and models, such as OpenAI GPT and vector databases.
• Experience building or advising on predictive modeling pipelines using tools like scikit-learn and XGBoost.
• Strong communication skills, able to present complex ideas to executives and business users.
