Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall delivery of a project, driving operations and governance to optimize customer satisfaction and cost of delivery.

This role requires ensuring seamless delivery of projects, deploying optimal project structures, and creating quarterly project charters with well-defined weekly trajectories.

  • Ensure 100% adherence to schedule, quality, efforts, and costs.
  • Monitor and take appropriate actions on internal and external audit findings.
  • Liaise between customers and internal technical delivery teams.
  • Drive project-related audits and ensure zero non-compliance.
  • Audit quality status of delivery and engage QA teams.
  • Maintain project structure in Confluence and SAP.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence requires performing pareto analysis, identifying automation opportunities, and deploying next-generation hyper-automation initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and speed of delivery.

Delivery Governance involves creating weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS and reports to monitor and track overall project performance. Conduct periodic reviews with delivery teams on operational, quality, and fulfillment parameters and identify and resolve potential risks or early warning signs.

Client Relationship Management

The Project Manager engages with clients to deploy opportunities to create stronger value propositions. This includes conducting regular customer connects, participating in Management Review Meetings, and identifying and closing early warnings on projects.

Capability Development and Talent Pipeline Creation

The Project Manager anticipates attrition and ensures the right talent supply chain to deliver projects. They contribute to internal knowledge sharing initiatives, drive internal training sessions, and deploy best practices in various projects.
