About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Android Engineer Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the technical direction of our Android applications and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical development of Android applications, ensuring that they meet the company's quality and performance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and technical specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring that the team is aware of potential issues and can take corrective action.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Android development trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our applications.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Android development, with a strong focus on technical leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality Android applications on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with Android development tools and technologies.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
