About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Android Engineer Coordinator to join our team in Campinas/SP. As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will be responsible for technical scope delivery, technical solutions, and people management and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be part of a team as technical leadership and be active in all technical decisions
  • Responsible for the technical scope delivered by the team
  • Responsible for the technical solutions of the team
  • Responsible for People management and development
  • Identify and raise technical risk
  • Helps team member to evolve in their career
  • Help to remove impediments the team may face during the Sprint
  • Keep constant alignment with Software Architect
Requirements
  • Broad/Previous professional experience in software development;
  • Solid understanding of computer concepts (data structures, networking, concurrency, memory management, and algorithm analysis);
  • Able to communicate in both technical and non-technical manners
  • Experience in programming languages used by the team, API communication, debugging
  • Strong technical skills (programming, analysis, debugging, code refactoring)
  • Have strong knowledge and experience about: Native mobile development - Android, Kotlin, Git, Pipelines
  • Advanced skills in English.
