Drive Business Success with a Proven Customer Advocate

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven professional to join our Customer Success team. As a key member of this organization, you will play a critical role in driving return on investment for our customers and helping them achieve their business goals.

Our customers rely on us to deliver exceptional value and support. As a customer advocate, you will be responsible for developing and executing success plans that meet the unique needs of each customer. You will work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities for growth and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing customer success plans in collaboration with sales and customer success partners
  • Analyzing usage patterns to provide insights and guidance to customers
  • Liaising between customers and internal teams to drive adoption and growth
  • Measuring the results of executed strategies to determine their efficacy
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of customer-facing experience managing to successful and proven outcomes
  • 8+ years of SaaS experience with a focus on customer success
Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the requirements listed above, preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as ECM, Document Management, Contract Management, or BPM systems
  • Project management, business process reengineering, and change management methodology knowledge and/or first-hand experience
  • Salesforce and Gainsight experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
