External Operations Quality Expert

We are seeking a seasoned External Operations Quality Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products manufactured by Third Party Manufacturers (TPMs) in Brazil.
Responsibilities:- Maintain TPM compliance and performance through regular audits and evaluations.
- Lead projects such as setting up new TPMs, processes, test methods, and support projects led by other departments.
- Manage regular product inspections and release process in Wella SAP with support from External Operations Quality Controllers.
- Analyze and investigate product non-conformances and complaints in collaboration with TPMs and internal functions.
- Monitor CAPA plans and their effectiveness.
- Serve as a single point of contact for all quality-related topics.
- Develop and analyze monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), followed by continuous improvement plans.
- Relevant professional experience in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or food industry, preferably in different product segments.
- Educational background or degree in chemistry, process engineering, food technology, or similar.
- Experience as a quality auditor.
- Willingness to travel.
- Strong communication skills (internally and externally) and ability to act confidently.
- Strong team player.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills, Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to use Office and SAP software.
