Product Strategist

Are you a product management professional seeking a new challenge? We are looking for someone to join our team as a Product Manager.

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who can contribute to the development and delivery of our product portfolio. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the brand and product life cycle, from concept to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet customer needs and stay ahead of the competition.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver plans for significant aspects of our product portfolio under guidance from senior colleagues.
• Manage the brand for our product portfolio.
• Assist in achieving brand positioning and contribute ideas to brand plans.
• Support the collection of data and participate in reviews of marketing activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage relevant research using primary data sources and select information needed for analysis of key themes and trends.
• Plan and deliver small projects or workstreams using an appropriate project management methodology to give assurance that intended outcomes are achieved.
• Define and deliver products and services that meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches available within established systems.
• Monitor all aspects of a product life cycle, including long- and short-term development and marketing. Perform analyses to stay abreast of trends in the marketplace and ensure the product's competitive position.
• Contribute to stakeholder engagement by identifying stakeholders, finding out their needs, issues, and concerns, and reacting to these needs, issues, and concerns, arranging meetings and events and drafting supporting materials to promote understanding and commitment.

Requirements:

• Full bachelor's degree in business or technology.
• Advanced English: have a wide vocabulary, good grammar, conduct meetings, argue, negotiate, and deliver training.
• Knowledge of systems and tools used to enable Order Management with dealers and customers.
• Understanding of basic Order Fulfillment concepts, such as ordering and inventory management.
• Product marketing, ECAP, product management, project management, or similar experience.
• Understanding of agile development processes and methodologies.

• Knowledge/experience with forecasting, estimating, and/or statistics.
