Key Technical Expertise
- We are seeking a highly skilled Field Engineer to join our team in the field of Power Electronics and Electrical Drives.
The ideal candidate will have strong theoretical knowledge in electrical systems, power electronics, and control techniques.
A key requirement for this position is the ability to design, specify, test, and document motor drives systems including electrical design, selection and specification of components, application software.
- Perform equipment and system tests;
- Supervise an installation and perform the commissioning/start-up equipment in the field;
- Monitor the operation of the system in the field;
- Comply with all regulatory health and safety guidelines.
The successful candidate will have experience in commissioning, with a strong background in electrical engineering, automation engineering, electronic engineering or related subject. They will also possess excellent communication skills, good report writing skills in English, and be able to multitask on a variety of projects to strict time scales.
This is a mid-senior level position that requires extensive travel, both within LATAM and overseas, for long-term working. A driving license with no restrictions is essential.
