About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled CRM Strategist to lead consumer revenue growth by developing and executing acquisition, engagement, reengagement, and retention strategies for our North American segment. As a key member of our Marketing CRM Product Team, you'll be responsible for driving CRM strategy, reporting, analysis, optimization, and assisting with market research for our internal business partners. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure recommendations are executed correctly, reported on promptly, and learnings are leveraged for future recommendations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead Marketing CRM strategy, planning sessions, and identify opportunities & prioritize initiatives for the Marketing CRM Product Team.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across product, creative, solutions engineering, and customer success to ensure strategy execution.
  • Review and synthesize consumer data, competitive space, and market to identify opportunities for program evolution and long-term planning.
  • Lead day-to-day digital operations, ensuring service delivery support operations excellence, including audits, change, incident, problem, and configuration management.
  • Develop technology investment plans and activation, including budgeting, forecasting, business case development, and realization.
  • Champion digital security and privacy, adhering to internal and external rigorous protocols to protect company and customer data.
  • Establish and uphold best practice standards for digital commercial product operations.
  • Promote and build global leaders, develop resources with the needed functional and technical skills required to meet K-C's growing application portfolio and changing technology needs.
Key Qualifications and Experiences:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 7+ years of leadership experience with large, global IT teams, focusing on the development lifecycle within product teams.
  • 7-10+ years demonstrable strategic impact and technology delivery in Marketing CRM technology and operations within an innovative and highly agile customer environment.
  • Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving, solution definition, and root cause analysis & presentation.
  • Experience in defining, integrating, and driving recommendations for CRM data models, and improving user experience by interpreting data and automating decision making.
  • Advanced proficiency in SFMC AMPscript and SQL, and experience with data pipelines using cloud-based tools.
  • 7-10+ years demonstrable experience designing and deploying cloud scalable, resilient, secure data products leveraging tools like MS Cloud Services, Expert user of Tableau, CRM Analytics, Sigma, Snowflake, or SFMC SQL.
  • Proven ability to lead global application delivery in a 24x7 business and secure operating environment.
  • 3+ year demonstrable experience in Agile and Product team workflows, including epics, features, stories, sprints, and backlog management.
  • Salesforce Marketing Email Specialist Certification preferred.
  • Financial Fluency: P&L understanding, Business case development, OKRs, KPIs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and passion for product development.
  • Professional attitude and service orientation; team player.
  • Strong work ethic; ability to work at an abstract level and gain consensus.
