Site Reliability Expert

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Site Reliability Engineer. This role involves building and maintaining our internal platform, driving operational excellence, and empowering the engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing, proposing, and implementing more secure systems and processes. They will work closely with engineering squads to ensure applications are both secure and reliable.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with the development team, designing, deploying, and operating critical systems, driving reliability projects with engineering teams, collecting metrics, understanding their business impact, performing troubleshooting, and being accountable for the platform's Service Level Agreements and Objectives.

About the Role:

  • Design, deploy, and operate critical systems
  • Collaborate with engineering squads to ensure application security and reliability
  • Drive reliability projects with engineering teams
  • Collect and analyze metrics to understand business impact
  • Perform root-cause analysis of system operation issues
  • Ensure accountability for platform Service Level Agreements and Objectives

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in cloud computing, SRE/DevOps
  • Proficient English communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with high initiative and self-motivation
  • Good understanding of software engineering principles and how systems work under the hood
