We're looking for a seasoned Agile expert to join our organization of top-notch professionals. Our ideal candidate is a passionate, active member of the community who enjoys sharing knowledge and collaborating with others.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing ART and Solution Train using tools like Program and Solution Kanbans and other information radiators.
  • Coach teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
  • Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.
  • Encourage collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects/Engineering.
  • Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution alignment.
  • Improve the flow of value through value streams using the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps.
  • Facilitate System Demos and Solution Demos.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Solid experience in similar roles.
  • Use of agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Certifications (desirable).
  • Advanced English level.
