Health Insurance Strategic Lead Role

In this pivotal position, you will drive the development of compelling value propositions in the Health Insurance space. Leveraging your expertise, you will shape our offerings and engage with senior industry executives to showcase our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clients: Formulate business strategies for health propositions by harnessing cutting-edge technology, cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and prospects, foster trusted advisor relationships with client contacts, develop and execute a comprehensive health insurance business plan, and spearhead financial performance.
  • Financial: Spearhead business development initiatives, generate new opportunities, maximize revenue through strategic relationships and contacts, and meet sales targets as a respected and market-leading consultant.
  • Excellence: Possess strong technical knowledge of Health Insurance, identify and pursue new business opportunities and proposals, ensure projects are defined, pitched, and resourced for maximum revenue potential, and contribute to the development of less experienced colleagues through coaching and mentoring.
Requirements
  • Significant experience delivering tangible value to client business outcomes.
  • Qualified actuary specializing in Health Insurance.
  • Experience with Health Insurance Analytics.
  • Minimum 10-20 years of experience, minimum PQE of 4 years.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing consulting professionals.
