We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Health Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will play a vital role in shaping our value propositions in the health insurance space.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing business strategies for health propositions leveraging WTW technology.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Maintaining trusted advisor relationships with clients.
- Developing and executing health insurance business plans for ICT practice and driving financial results.
- Participating in Asia Pacific business development.
- Actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Sharing knowledge, clients, and resources to maximize business effectiveness across Asia-Pacific.
- Liaising with Asia Pacific and Global teams for consistency and resource sharing.
- Leading projects for national insurance schemes.
- Contributing to global health initiatives.
Requirements:
- Significant experience adding value to client business results.
- Qualified actuary specializing in health insurance.
- Experience with health insurance analytics.
- Minimum PQE of 4 years.
- Experience in health insurance claims process is an advantage.
- Highly credible and experienced discussing complex client issues.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing consulting professionals.
- Self-driven achiever with values of teamwork, collaboration, decisiveness, and integrity.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Actuarial Science or related field.
- Relevant work experience in health insurance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
