Job Overview

The Field Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery to customers.

  1. Maintain accurate and timely job deliverables through meticulous planning and execution.

  2. Execute service delivery effectively by leveraging technical expertise and industry knowledge.

  3. Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs to drive operational excellence.

  4. Develop customer relationships to promote company products and services through consultative selling.

  5. E nsure compliance with regulatory standards by implementing controls, conducting self-assessments, and performing site inspections.

  6. Collaborate with customers in Service Quality Meetings to improve performance using action plans and corrective actions.

  7. Contribute to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and Quality initiatives to enhance overall business performance.

  8. Adhere to HSE policies and procedures by wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and participating in regular safety training.

  9. Pursue ongoing education and training to maintain required certifications and stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Key Requirements:

  1. Completion of technical courses in Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields.

  2. Experience as a Completion Technician, Intelligent Completion, or Liner Hanger with a strong track record of success.

  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office for report creation and system access.

  4. English language proficiency is highly desirable.
