Job Overview

This is a full-time remote position that involves supporting customer-facing activities and managing projects to deliver on-time results.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision, and driven to deliver world-class services.

A high degree of professionalism is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provisioning, installation, configuration, solution migration, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and other related cloud infrastructure.
  • Utilizing automation, monitoring, and service management tools & techniques to troubleshoot issues and perform performance tuning.
  • Participating in architectural decision making and providing recommendations based on knowledge and past experience.
  • Ensuring system infrastructure, operating systems, software systems, and security mechanisms adhere to best practices and organizational standards.
  • Participating in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation and automation on SaaS migration and upgrades.
Qualifications:
  • Technical Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience administering cloud-based infrastructure – AWS, Azure, OCI.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Group Policy, Remote Desktop Services, IIS, Failover Clustering, and Server OS (Server 2022).
  • Background in Microsoft SQL from a DBA and programming perspective.
  • Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, Jenkins, Python, PowerShell scripting is a plus.
  • SOC, PCI, and other compliance standards knowledge a plus.
  • Previous experience working on our systems is a plus.
  • Experience managing projects in a customer-facing role.
  • Must be able to pass a full background check.
