We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to join our team. As a key member of our Product Marketing group, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality technical content that showcases the capabilities and value of our products.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, with experience in developing clear, concise, and accurate documentation that meets the needs of developers and users alike. They will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure that our content is aligned with business objectives.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Creating, reviewing, and maintaining technical documentation such as product references, API documentation, developer guides, and reference architectures;
- Developing tutorials and code samples that demonstrate real-world product usage;
- Writing blog articles on technical topics that educate and engage readers;
- Creating solutions and use cases that demonstrate how our products solve real business and technical challenges;
- Recording videos, technical walkthroughs, and product demos to support developer learning;
- Strong technical writing skills with experience in developing clear, concise, and accurate documentation;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Experience with programming languages and development frameworks;
- Familiarity with AI tools for technical writing and code development;
- Fluent English language skills (speaking, reading, and writing);
