Job Title: Mechanical Design Expert

This role will act as a specialist in the domain of Tanks and External Components, contributing to the development and continuous improvement of internal design and verification tools.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance, testing, and debugging of internal design tools.
  • Provide technical support to users via direct contact or hotline.
  • Collect feedback from the design engineering community.
  • Support standardization initiatives (technical standards, standard drawings, etc.).
  • Contribute to training through manuals, courses, workshops, and pilots.
  • Research and define analytical models for structural calculations.
  • Verify and validate tools used throughout all stages of the design-to-manufacturing process.
  • Provide technical support to design engineers across global units.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable internal and external standards, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements:
  • Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD).
  • Have experience working with PTC Creo Parametric.
  • Possess knowledge of programming languages; additional languages are beneficial.
  • Familiarity with structural simulation tools (FEM) is desirable.
  • Strong command of English language; other languages considered an asset.
  • Experience in multicultural and remote work environments.
  • Availability for occasional travel.
  • Previous experience in design and manufacturing of power transformers is advantageous.
