The Agile Delivery Lead plays a crucial role in facilitating the development of multiple Scrum teams, improving their ways of working, and enhancing their agile mindset. This position is responsible for facilitating agile events, removing impediments, providing coaching to team members, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of roadmap items.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Facilitation: Guide one or more Scrum teams to ensure effective collaboration and alignment.
  • Delivery Oversight: Monitor the delivery flow of teams and ensure timely and accurate execution of roadmap items.
  • Agile Coaching: Promote Scrum/Agile principles in Scrum teams and stakeholders, driving process improvements and coaching Product Owners, team members, and business leaders.
  • Impediment Removal: Identify and remove impediments and distractions to optimize team performance.
  • Agile Transformation: Support agile team transformation and encourage teams to adopt agile values and apply Scrum.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Capture and report team performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Education: University or College Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience: Previous working experience as a Scrum Master in a technology environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of technology, language, and applications.
  • Communication Skills: Strong facilitation skills, both verbal and written communication.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent or Advanced level in English, both oral and written.
