The Agile Delivery Lead is responsible for facilitating the development of multiple Scrum teams and improving their ways of working and agile mindset. This role involves facilitating agile events, removing impediments, providing coaching to team members, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of roadmap items.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide one or more Scrum teams to achieve their goals and objectives.
- Monitor the delivery flow of teams and ensure timely and accurate execution of roadmap items, while maintaining inter-team alignment.
- Promote Scrum/Agile principles in Scrum teams and stakeholders and drive process improvements.
- Coach Product Owners, team members, and business leaders to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Participate and share knowledge in the Chapter and promote best practices.
- Remove impediments and distractions to optimize team performance.
- Support agile team transformation and encourage teams to adopt agile values and apply Scrum.
- Capture and report team performance metrics.
Requirements:
- University or College Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Previous working experience as a Scrum Master in a technology environment.
- Understanding of technology - Language and Applications (previous experience as a developer will be considered an asset).
- Strong facilitation skills, both verbal and written communication.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and business teams.
- Active participation in a culture of teamwork and quality.
Language: Fluent or Advanced level in English, both oral and written.
