About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to join our team at Grupo Hub. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the development of multiple Scrum teams and improving their ways of working and agile mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Facilitation: Guide one or more Scrum teams and ensure timely and accurate execution of roadmap items while maintaining inter-team alignment.
  • Process Improvement: Promote Scrum / Agile principles in Scrum teams and stakeholders and drive process improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coach Product Owners, team members, and business leaders to foster a culture of teamwork and quality.
  • Impediment Removal: Remove impediments and distractions to optimize team performance.
  • Agnostic Visionary: Support agile team transformation and encourage teams to adopt agile values and apply Scrum.
  • Metrics Capture: Capture and report team performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: University or College Degree in Computer Science or relative field.
  • Professional Experience: Previous working experience as a Scrum Master in a technology environment.
  • Tech Savviness: Understanding of technology - Language and Applications (previous experience as a developer will be considered an asset).
  • Communication Skills: Strong facilitation skills, both verbal and written communication.
  • Linguistic Proficiency: Fluent or Advanced level in English, both oral and written.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
