
Latin America Customer Success Intern

This internship position operates within the Customer Success division, focusing on the Latin American Market.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to assist subscribers in maximizing their use of our products and services.
You will have a unique opportunity to gain insights into our clients, including financial institutions, exchanges, corporations, government agencies, and individual investors.
Interacting with various users, such as traders, research analysts, economists, portfolio managers, and wealth advisors, you will educate them on our offerings and handle service requests efficiently.
Key Requirements:- Minimum 3-4 semesters to graduation
- Knowledge and interest in financial markets, particularly trading
- A self-starter with initiative and curiosity about data and technology
- Excellent customer service skills with strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is highly valued
