
Latin America Regional Customer Engagement Director

The Customer Success Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective adoption and utilization of our solutions across Latin America.
This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for post-sales support, responsible for onboarding, enabling, and maximizing value realization from our solutions. They will be expected to possess an in-depth understanding of our respective portfolios and coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction
- Provide proactive and reactive support to customers, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess their needs and develop tailored plans to meet those needs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders alike. They will also have a deep understanding of the relevant technologies and market trends in Latin America.
