About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Regional Product Director, Threat Intelligence Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the go-to-market strategies, revenue growth, and product adoption across Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC).
Main Responsibilities:- Market Performance Management: Oversee the market performance of Threat Intelligence solutions across LAC, defining KPIs, growth plans, and expansion strategies.
- Sales Performance and Customer Engagement: Drive revenue growth, support sales performance, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Product Roadmap and Market Insights: Collaborate with global teams to refine and localize solutions based on customer feedback and regional needs.
- Cyber Threat Intelligence Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of emerging threats and market trends, shaping how we deliver security across the payment and financial sectors.
- Cyber Risk Management Expertise: Deep understanding of cyber risk management, information security, and threat intelligence solutions.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong industry knowledge and experience with financial institutions, payment networks, or fintechs.
- Leadership Skills: Proven product leadership, strategic & analytical mindset, strong communication & collaboration skills, and multilingual proficiency.
