We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our team and play a key role in supporting our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compiling large amounts owed by the company to vendors or other individuals, and inputting figures to the accounting system is a critical aspect of this role.
  • Receiving and distributing invoices, verifying accuracy and compliance with organizational policies, is another essential task.
  • The ability to enter invoice amounts into the accounting system and process invoices or large payments efficiently is vital.
  • Reconciling large amounts received or owed by comparing invoices to POs or other records requires attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Responding to inquiries from customers or clients and researching and resolving concerns or discrepancies is a key aspect of building strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Collecting missing transportation documents from carriers, such as CMR collection, is also an important responsibility.
  • Contributing ideas for process improvement based on identified themes and an understanding of the big picture is essential for continued growth and development.
  • Developing professional relationships with internal and external partners, maintaining open lines of communication, and building rapport through timely and professional service is crucial.
  • Continuing to develop skills and build upon knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes is vital for success in this role.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert and advising junior roles on the best available resource's usage and helping to solve more complex issues is an important aspect of this position.
