Digital Transformation and Demand Acceleration Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our demand acceleration and digital transformation efforts.
This role will focus on developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive growth across channels, leveraging digital tools and solutions to enhance in-store conversion and execution.
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial roles, trade marketing, or digital transformation within consumer goods companies, with skills in strategy, in-store execution, digital tools deployment, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to accelerate demand across channels.
- Lead the evolution of our Perfect Store model into its Phygital version, integrating physical and digital components for shopper-centric execution.
- Design and deploy digital commercial solutions to enhance in-store conversion and execution.
- Collaborate with teams to build capabilities and scale digital tools.
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial roles, trade marketing, or digital transformation within consumer goods companies.
- Skills in strategy, in-store execution, digital tools deployment, and stakeholder management.
