This role plays a pivotal part in transforming how our company activates growth at the point of sale. The Senior Manager of Demand Acceleration is responsible for leading an end-to-end commercial strategy that focuses on digital execution, shopper-centric design, and developing a digitally enabled value proposition.
As a key enabler of our company's commercial digital transformation, this role drives the integration of physical and digital execution models, promotes the adoption of scalable tech-enabled solutions, and ensures that every commercial action at the point of sale is backed by insights, precision, and measurable impact.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to accelerate demand across channels.
- Lead the evolution of the commercial model into its digitized version, integrating physical and digital components for shopper-centric execution.
- Design and deploy digital commercial solutions to enhance in-store conversion and execution.
- Collaborate with teams to build capabilities and scale digital tools.
Responsibilities: As the Senior Manager of Demand Acceleration, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to accelerate demand across channels, leading the evolution of the commercial model into its digitized version, designing and deploying digital commercial solutions, and collaborating with teams to build capabilities and scale digital tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Ideal candidates will have experience in commercial roles, trade marketing, or digital transformation within consumer goods companies, with skills in strategy, in-store execution, digital tools deployment, and stakeholder management. Fluency in English is preferred.
