Especialista de Commercial Excellence ,
você será responsável pela governança e evolução das nossas ferramentas comerciais, com foco em Salesforce (Sales e Service Cloud), além de liderar iniciativas analíticas e estratégicas que impulsionem o crescimento sustentável do negócio e aprimorem a experiência do cliente.
Seu papel será:
Suporte estratégico do Salesforce (Sales e Service Cloud):
atuar como Power User, garantindo a governança, evolução e integração da ferramenta com as necessidades comerciais e operacionais da área.
Governança de Leads e Oportunidades:
assegurar a correta tratativa e acompanhamento dos leads, funil de oportunidades e planos de contas, promovendo visibilidade e eficiência nas ações comerciais.
Implementação e integração de novas ferramentas comerciais:
apoiar a adoção de soluções voltadas à SAC e outras plataformas que contribuam para a jornada do cliente e a excelência operacional.
Ponto focal local para CRM:
representar o país nas discussões com os times globais, validando melhorias, novas funcionalidades e correções na ferramenta, sempre alinhado às estratégias de Go-to-Market.
Análises e relatórios estratégicos:
estruturar e distribuir dashboards e relatórios mensais com insights relevantes, mapeando jornadas, identificando gaps e oportunidades de melhoria em sinergia com áreas parceiras.
Ferramentas analíticas e inteligência comercial
: desenvolver e aplicar modelos analíticos que aprofundem o entendimento do comportamento do cliente e suportem decisões orientadas por dados.
Qualidade e confiabilidade dos dados:
garantir a integridade das informações no CRM, apoiando o time de negócios em momentos de transição e nas rotinas diárias.
Integração com o time de Go-to-Market:
colaborar com as áreas de vendas, marketing, atendimento e demais stakeholders para garantir a execução das estratégias comerciais e o avanço das iniciativas de crescimento da companhia.
Quem estamos buscamos?
Formação completa em Engenharias, Marketing, Administração ou áreas correlatas;
Experiência prévia com governança de CRM com alta habilidade analítica de dados;
Domínio de SFDC-Salesforce (Lightning e Service Console) no nível de Power User;
Conhecimento de rotinas comerciais e visão estratégica do negócio;
Falar inglês avançado será importante para essa função.
Você precisará dessas habilidades:
Uma pessoa analítica, capaz de realizar cálculos com precisão e avaliar diferentes cenários de indicadores;
Que tenha bom relacionamento interpessoal, capaz de influenciar pessoas de diferentes áreas;
E que tome iniciativa, atuando de forma independente e autônoma no dia a dia, na resolução de problemas e na gestão de mudança.
