Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Excellence Analyst to join our team. This role will involve working closely with the Sales and Marketing departments to drive business growth and improve commercial productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the use of CRM systems for pipeline management and commercial efficiency
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators, dashboards, and reports to evaluate sales force performance
  • Structure and support commercial incentive programs with achievement and financial impact calculations
  • Support commercial leaders with efficiency analysis and territorial coverage planning
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or Business Administration
  • Solid experience in areas of Commercial Excellence, Market Intelligence, or Commercial Planning
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce
  • Analytical skills and strategic vision with ability to transform data into action plans
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency; Spanish is a plus
