As a key player in our commercial team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing close relationships with clients and providing tailored solutions.
- Following up on quoted rates with clients to ensure business gained is loaded.
- Updating sales analysis files regularly and making strategic sales calls.
- Creating comprehensive reports on sales calls and building a thorough understanding of all products offered.
- Approaching clients to discuss rate feedback, targets, and potential volumes.
- Providing quick solutions for clients' problems and optimizing pricing strategies.
- Assisting with commercial agreements and operational issues that may affect sales performance.
- Presenting results verbally or in written reports when requested.
- Maintaining and validating the existing client database.
To succeed in this role, you will require a proven track record in commercial positions, be flexible and proactive, and possess strong communication skills. You should have a positive attitude, be service-minded, and customer-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Portuguese and English is essential, as well as strong Microsoft Office skills.
