Job Title: Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Support Specialist to assist with various tasks related to customer engagement, commercial life cycle management, and internal processes.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including support for Customer Evolution initiatives, process improvement, and data analysis. They will also have the chance to interact with customers, internal teams, and develop knowledge about SAP strategy, products, and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with operational tasks such as customer engagement activities, commercial life cycle management, and internal processes
  • Support team members with data analysis, reporting, and presentation preparation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and suggest solutions to optimize internal workflows
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Economics, International Relations, or Marketing
  • Expertise in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results under tight deadlines
