Support Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Support Operations Specialist to serve our Business Assurance team. This role will be based out of our São Paulo office.

This specialist will perform scheduling and planning processes in accordance with procedures, rules and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as experience working with clients and auditors to confirm schedules.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Multitasking and self-organization skills
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong communication skills

Preferred qualifications include a good command of Spanish and English. However, this is not mandatory.
