About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Analyst to join our B2C Inbound Sales department in São Paulo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing inbound sales requests and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming property sales inquiries and handle requests from various online sales channels, providing clients with tailored accommodation solutions.
  • Support the sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics and drive business growth.
  • Interact and negotiate with clients, helping them understand our business and resolving any queries or concerns.
  • Proactively manage the sales pipeline in our CRM system.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Nice to have experience in sales or account management.
  • Ability to run exploratory calls, listen actively, and handle objections and negotiations.
