As an Art Producer, you will be responsible for managing art tasks, organizing assets, and guiding concepts from creation to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage timelines and partner with art discipline leads and art directors to execute tasks against dependency-driven asset schedules.
  • Facilitate communication with the art production team and cross-department production teams, providing transparency on asset status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Proactively seek resolutions and identify problems, proposing solutions before they become roadblocks.
  • Support team production needs, including planning, scheduling, task tracking, and bug triage.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in production roles managing cross-functional teams in the creation and delivery of complex projects.
  • Deep understanding of game development and project management practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in problem-solving, creativity, and methodical approach.
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders and adapt to ambiguous situations.
