Position Summary: We are seeking a talented Operational Excellence Consultant to enhance client business performance by analyzing, documenting, and refining workflows. This crucial role is responsible for establishing a clear Service Delivery Model, implementing standardized operating procedures, and promoting best practices across personnel, processes, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Gather, define, and document existing standard operating procedures.
  2. Create and enforce document management policies and procedures.
  3. Review and enhance documentation for precision and thoroughness.
  4. Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards for document classification, filing, and storage.
  5. Support extensive change management initiatives to align standardized processes and best practices.
  6. Oversee document usage, access, and retention to maintain regulatory compliance.
  7. Develop standard documentation templates, formats, and styles in partnership with internal teams.
  8. Maintain and refresh a centralized document database or library for efficient retrieval.
  9. Lead process mapping sessions and workshops with clients and stakeholders.
  10. Articulate the advantages of process enhancements to stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, communications, information management, or a related discipline.
  2. 3+ years of experience in process documentation, mapping, and change management.
  3. Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. Exceptional analytical, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative efforts across the organization.
  6. Familiarity with document management software and industry best practices.
  7. Experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to process improvement and change management.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  9. Proven ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively with others.
  10. Fluency in English is essential.
