We are seeking a skilled software engineer to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable systems.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience with backend development using REST/GraphQL APIs, frontend development with React and SSR, and cloud environments such as AWS. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality software using CI/CD pipelines and participating in on-call rotations. The successful candidate will also champion a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and innovation within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, architect, and deliver scalable systems that meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in an agile environment
  • Refine engineering practices and mentor fellow developers through code reviews and technical leadership
  • Deliver software using CI/CD pipelines with a focus on performance, stability, and modularity
  • Participate in on-call rotations and improve system observability and resilience
Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Requirements:

  • 4+ years of backend experience with REST/GraphQL APIs
  • 2+ years of frontend experience with React and SSR
  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred)
  • Comfort with relational and NoSQL databases and modern DevOps practices
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD, secure coding, testing, and version control
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and product-led organizations
