Job Title: Oil and Gas Project Coordinator

Job Description

As an Oil and Gas Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. Your primary responsibility will be to manage project planning activities, including scope identification, creation of the Project Execution Plan (PEP), issuance of project certifications, while monitoring and controlling projects which includes risk management, change management and progress management, reporting and project close out.

You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and vendors to build and strengthen relationships, as their single point-of-contact for assigned major projects. This includes collaborating with regional and local Aftermarket representatives throughout the organization, for support, planning, and project execution, to maximize the customer experience.

You will also be responsible for maximizing financial results by monitoring / reporting all activities to ensure accurate costing and forecasting of gross margins. Additionally, you will maintain awareness of critical path activities affecting customer-sensitive project deadlines; build contingency plans and implement recovery plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering;
  • Previous project management experience;
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred;
  • Fluent in MS Office Suite;
  • Technical knowledge of drilling and pressure control equipment is preferred;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Able to travel, if required.
