Job Role

The Lead Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in the execution of projects, ensuring accountability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Content consolidation and certification process
  • Support Contract Manager in Change Order Requests negotiation with Customer
  • Control Technical and Commercial Documentation with Customer and Supplier
  • Organize and update system documentation for Engineering, Customer, and Supplier
  • Update necessary documentation for customer approval based on information from Engineering and Quality areas
  • Monitor documentation through weekly Follow Up meetings
  • Create and revise Sales Orders in relevant systems
  • Support and update ARM (Active Risk Management)
  • Interface with various departments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Law, or related field
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Fluent language skills, with good oral and written communication
  • Desirable experience in Oil & Gas sector
  • Skills in Office Package
