Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and monitor intercompany orders
  • Update material information (NCM and description)
  • Check and approve international documents for import and export
  • Evaluate costs and quotes for international freight
  • Keep internal customers updated on deliveries
  • Monitor local transports
  • Check and approve local NF and DACTEs
  • Assist the Logistics Analyst with daily activities
  • Support the Warehouse team with import process status
  • Open and follow up NCRs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Foreign Trade, or Administration
  • 0-2 years of experience in logistics or related field
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese
  • Proactive, teamwork, adaptability, problem-solving, multitasking, HSSE focus, eager to learn
  • SAP knowledge is an asset
