Additionally, they should possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of next-generation infrastructure for our iOS & Android apps
  • Manage and scale out the mobile engineering team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through innovative technology solutions
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve mobile app performance, security, and user experience
  • Coach and grow mobile engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile engineering and leadership roles
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling out engineering teams
  • Expertise in mobile engineering, architecture, and security
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements
