Within this platform, App Core focuses on providing user-friendly, scalable, high-performing, and cost-efficient app infrastructure components and mobile tools that enable engineers to quickly and safely test, deploy, monitor, analyze, and improve app flows and features.
App Core is at the heart of the app's foundation, powering app performance, infrastructure scalability, and the removal of legacy dependencies to allow our application to grow from millions to potentially billions of customers.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work across various technologies, including Native , Flutter , and related frameworks. We are looking for an engineer with solid experience to join the App Core team — a cross-impact engineering team responsible for building and maintaining the core infrastructure of the mobile application, optimizing performance, and enabling product teams to deliver high-quality mobile experiences.
Requirements- Proven experience in senior-level technical software development.
- Strong technical background with Flutter and/or native software development.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, architectural patterns, and modularization strategies.
- Experience with performance optimization, dependency injection, and migration of core systems.
- Knowledge of software observability, monitoring, and debugging tools.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Track record of delivering results in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
