Product Manager - Global Payments LATAM

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Analysis and Research

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research.
  • Gather and evaluate client feedback.
  • Assess concepts based on their business impact and technical viability.
  • Communicate and share vision with clients, management, and stakeholders.

Product Roadmap Development

  • Establish product strategy and prioritize initiatives based on value.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to gather insights.
  • Translate strategic vision into actionable user stories for development teams.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and ensure timely delivery of product features.
  • Develop business cases for new features and manage internal processes for new initiatives.
  • Define business requirements and support sales and implementation processes.

Product Lifecycle and Profitability Management

  • Analyze market data and customer insights to quantify opportunities.
  • Set objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure product success.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of products, from development to phase-out.
  • Manage profitability by understanding usage, revenue, and associated costs.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Facilitate collaboration between design and delivery teams.
  • Manage expectations of both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment across various departments for new product launches.
  • Participate in client meetings as a subject matter expert.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • In-depth knowledge of the payments industry, particularly in the LATAM region.
  • Relevant experience in product management is preferred.
  • A balance of strategic and operational capabilities in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • The ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership qualities that foster collaboration and decision-making.
  • A proactive approach to achieving business objectives.

Desired Skills

  • A bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Familiarity with product and innovation management processes.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Full-time availability is preferred.
