As a Classification Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the security of supply, compliance, and transparency in our processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Executing all import activities and resolving customer complaints effectively;">
  • Building stakeholder trust and preference through excellent communication skills;">
  • Partnering with Planning, Regulatory Affairs, Warehouse, and other teams to create a robust and efficient End-to-End Process;">
  • Maintaining knowledge on international trade rules and regulations to ensure optimal results for all operations;">
  • Supporting quality issues, claims analysis, and mitigation plans;">

You will be responsible for analyzing complex data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process changes to drive business growth. To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience with International Trade (Import & Export processes) and SAP integration projects.

Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in International Trade (Import & Export processes);">
  • Bachelor's degree in International Trade or related field;">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;">
  • Experience with SAP integration projects;">
  • Intermediate-level English proficiency;">
  • Spanish language skills are a plus;">
  • ANVISA-related experience is highly desirable;">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;">
  • Ability to work in a matrixed, global organization.">
