Regulatory Affairs SpecialistThe Regulatory Market team is seeking a skilled Regulatory Affairs Specialist to support Latin America and Canada region. This role involves close collaboration with local teams to ensure product compliance across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for subsidiaries and distributors, leading regular follow-ups on file progress and new regulations.
- Contribute to the development of the regulatory strategy, coordinating and preparing registration and renewal dossiers within defined deadlines.
- Ensure the traceability of shipments in the regulatory database and report accordingly.
- Follow up on regulatory activities until approvals.
- Monitor regulatory changes to inform product development and regulatory activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline.
- 1+ years of professional experience in regulatory affairs (Medical Devices or Region position).
- Proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
